We regularly celebrate our members with a ‘Squaddie of the Week’ award and transcend our community outside of the gym through various socials including hikes, river dips, golf days and our biannual Serotonin Games. A highlight for us was taking nearly 70 of our Squaddies to Battle Cancer 2022, having an incredible day and raising £6,000 in the process.

Part of the new 09:15 squad! Small in stature but big in personality, humour and strength! 

Sarah takes pride in her work, loves and front or back squat! She is constantly striving to improve week on week. She doesn’t let the kids get in the way of her workouts, often bringing them along whilst she gets it done! 

A great addition to ANY Sunday sweat team of 4! You will be guaranteed a fun session full of laughter.

Tuesday #BBAB (Buttery Biscuit Aerobic Base, coz we’re funny like that) otherwise known as our ‘Mindset’ day! 🧠 🙌🏼

It follows on nicely from our heavy lower body Monday, to flush out the legs and get’s the body moving 🏃‍♀️

The main difference from our Thursday #BBAB is that Tuesday’s are usually solo efforts including running, longer stints on ergs or set reps so requires more thought or pacing. 

Whereas on Thursday’s #BBAB work the same energy system but through a different intention chasing the clock not the reps 

Tuesdays are often the toughest but the most rewarding to get done. A weekly practice of ‘mind over matter’ can transcend a lot further than just the 4 (actually 6 in our case) walls of the gym floor🔥

7 weeks to go and we’re accelerating into 2025 💥

Dave joined us in January and his confidence has grown massively! Being the first to sign up for our new learn to lift 6 week course, going to be mega 🏋🏼‍♀️

Usually at 6:15 or 7:00am, all over a Thursday strength 2.0 and loves a Friday night fitness to get that second upper bro pump in 💪🏼
