We regularly celebrate our members with a ”Squaddie of the Week’ award and transcend our community outside of the gym through various socials including river dips, golf days and brunches. A highlight for us was taking nearly 70 of our Squaddies to Battle Cancer 2022, having an incredible day and raising £6,000 in the process

D brings with him yet another beautiful energy to compliment the rest of the team and add to the rich tapestry that already exists to ultimately serve and fulfil our communities needs in as many ways as possible
As well as possessing the secrets to maintaining youthful looks, incredible empathy and kindness to all and an amazing ability to shout ‘10 seconds’ he’s also one of the most skilled craftsman you’ll come across, which leads us to our next announcement ➡️➡️➡️
Our new PT studio aka ‘The Fish Tank’ was built with Big Ds bare hand and now allows us to quench the thirst for 1:1 and Small Group PT simultaneously to our ever growing Larger group offering aka ‘The HoT Squad’

Welcome to the 🌎 of SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Here at ADVHQ we’ve had an incredible start to 2024 which has allowed us to act upon a trend we’ve noticed within our own community and across the industry as a whole
Allow us to explain…
What is Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)?
SGPT can facilitate the best of both worlds. The intimacy, contact time, accountability and support of a 1:1 PT with the energy, buzz and sense of community of a more traditional group session
Sessions in which the session is capped at 4 Squaddies (members) to 1 coach but is used much like a larger group service in terms of booking on, a set timetable and ultimately a framework in which all you need to do is just turn up
Who’s SGPT for?
Anyone who enjoys or feels they either want or need some additional coaching, support and accountability when it comes to their training. Possibly someone who’s training for something specific like Hyrox for example. Or for someone who’s lost their mojo with their training and knows that being exposed to a larger group - at least on their ‘comeback’ - wouldn’t be right for them. Look, some people just like smaller groups of other people and that’s fair enough
We’re very proud to be in a position to offer this to not just our current but also our wider community as we continue on our quest to help, change and influence as many lives as possible through the power of exercise and under the values and beliefs upon which everything so far has been built
